Victoria Penthouse

This is a video we shot for the Victoria Residences on Beacon Hill’s very own Bowdin St. This is the Penthouse suit with 3+ beds and 3.5 baths sprawling over 2510 SF. I had to work with multiple levels, seamlessly showcasing the units several floors.

48 Stedman Street

This oversize bungalow style home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Chelmsford’s sought after Westlands neighborhood. This video is accompanied by a small script, allowing my shots to tell the bulk of the story. Due to the distance from the city, I was also able to add some drone shots.

33a Commercial Warf

A rare, brick and beam three bedroom, two bathroom corner residence on Boston’s Commercial Wharf. This was a beautiful unit to shoot with amazing light. I was able creatively use the beams for enticing shot transitions.
